California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

The Fighting Machine is committed to ethical and sustainable practices throughout our supply chain. In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, we provide the following disclosure regarding our efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from our direct supply chain:

  1. Verification
The Fighting Machine evaluates its supply chains to identify and assess risks of human trafficking and slavery. This process involves both internal reviews and third-party verification where applicable.

  2. Audits
We conduct periodic audits of our suppliers to ensure compliance with our ethical standards. These audits are performed by independent third parties and internal teams, focusing on areas at higher risk of unethical practices.

  3. Certification
Our suppliers are required to certify that materials incorporated into their products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they operate.

  4. Accountability
Employees and contractors of The Fighting Machine who fail to meet our standards of conduct, including those related to eradicating slavery and human trafficking, may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of contracts or employment.

  5. Training
We provide regular training to employees and management who have direct responsibility for supply chain management. This training focuses on identifying and mitigating the risks of human trafficking and slavery within the supply chain.
