On the Origin of Elon's Democracy

The Fighting Machine

Introduction

We are here to celebrate the next evolution of The Great Experiment and welcome Elon's Democracy, which we will abbreviate for the rest of the paper as Elon's D [1]Elon's D represents the next frontier and modernizes what is now considered classical democracy.

The New Method

We may think of our democracy from first principles, starting with the description of fundamental degrees-of freedom called freedom units, or fu for short. Currently, at the time of publication, the United States of America has approximately 160 trillion (1.6×1014) fus. The 1.6×1014 fus however, under the strong accumulation force, forms approximately 260 million emergent quasi-freedom units, or X for brevity.

Because the strong accumulation force is a non-perturbative force, each individual X is extremely expensive to sample. In particular, of the 260 million Xs, most recently only 152 million Xs were successfully sampled. To achieve a well-informed and complete sampling of all existing Xs (as is the assumption of classical democracy), the United State would need to deploy 260 million agentic doubles with each sample costing on the order of O(103fus [Skynet]. This poses monumental logistical challenges and would go against the tenants of the Department of Government Efficiency [2][Twitter]. As a result, while classical democracy is a complete theory, in practice, well-informed and complete sampling has never been achieved.

The fundamental breakthrough of Elon's D is the introduction of how to properly construct an effective theory of classical democracy by introducing an appropriate renormalization condition. In particular, Elon's D has shown that while the United States may compose of 160 trillion fundamental-degrees-of freedom, only a very small number of Xs are needed to fully describe our democracy. That is, the theory of democracy can and needs to be renormalized [Rev. Mod. Phys.].

In order to fully understand the renormalization condition, we must first introduce the concept of empathy (ε) as the duel of fus. We note that one typically evaluates the path integral in the dual space (that is ε-space), rather than fus. Therefore, after Fourier Transforming to ε-space, Elon's D introduces a high-ε cutoff at approximately O(1). Introducing such a cutoff greatly reduces the degrees-of freedom required to be evaluated by the integral and efficaciously resolves our democracy. In addition, further optimization can be achieved by introducing importance sampling [Econometrica], without loss of generality.

Experimental Data and Validation

The success of Elon's D can be witnessed in its full grandeur when the theory received experiment verification. More specifically, the cutoff of ε ~ O(1) was observed to correspond to the scale of representing the largest Xs, and properly models all phenomenology [KYM].

Conclusion

In conclusion, under Elon's D, we have integrate out effectively all 260 million Xs, leaving approximately only 800 Xs left in the effective theory, will still representing approximately 4.5 trillion fus, or approximately 3% of all fus.

[2] As a first of its kind, DOGE is spearheading efficiency by running two leaders for double the efficiency.

Appendix

We would like to mention in closing that the current model of Elon's D is somewhat complicated by the fact that the United States is not a closed system. As a result, the Hamiltonian contains non-Hermitian terms and unfortunately must be described by the master equation [Wikipedia]. We posit that such non-Hermitian terms can be eliminated if the system at hand can be isolated from the heat bath, which in this model is called the Banya.

However, we believe that Elon's D is topologically protected [Int. J. Mod. Phys. B.] against external perturbations. This is achieved because the largest X in the system contain approximately 460 million strongly entangled fus forming a choreographed YMCA dance pattern [Science].
